ONE NAME FOR ALL FLOURS
Petra was born in 2007, an organic stone-ground100% Italian wheat flour. The Quaglia family decided to reintroduce their ancient milling tradition, reinterpreted in a contemporary way. We use the most advanced technologies in order to preserve the original and distinctive taste of the flour while guaranteeing the highest level of food safety, which is very difficult to achieve in small-scale mills. Today, the name Petra represents all the different types of flour produced by Molino Quaglia, milled using either millstones or cast iron cylinders. Regardless of the milling methods, we mill carefully selected grain into top-quality flour, taking the utmost care during the process.
