Whole rye flour
The flour is pleasantly scented with an intense note of cereal typical of rye.
The product is very rich in fiber, it contains about 3 times the quantity of whole wheat flour, in particular it is rich in the soluble fraction able to improve the sense of satiety, modulate the absorption of sugars in the intestine and have a prebiotic effect on intestinal bacterial flora.
It is also very rich in minerals such as calcium, iron, phosphorus and is the cereal with the highest fluoride content, which is important for the health of bones and teeth. It is a good source of B vitamins (in particular B1, which is important for the metabolism of carbohydrates and for the activity of nerves, muscles and the heart) and vitamin E.
