CHARACTERISTICS
Cerealè is a balanced, fully natural mix, designed to improve the nutritional value of bakery products. It is characterised by a natural smell and a pleasantly dry, runny and lump-less appearance.
It is particularly useful to supplement bread doughs, vegetarian and vegan pastry and is thus ideal to create customized mixes with an increased fibre and protein content for sweet and savoury bakery products.
