Petra is the flour, stone- and cylinder-milled in the Quaglia family's centuries-old mill, in a small hamlet between three waterways in the Paduan countryside, against the backdrop of the Euganean Hills, where family heritage tradition feeds Italy's most advanced milling technology, applied to the finest Italian and EU grains.

Petra is, at the same time, a cultural project, feeding on the ideas and contributions of a passionate collective, whose work is widely documented on the web and in the most popular social networks.

Our motto is "where flour becomes art", because we are rooted in our territory (where), we are proud of our product (flour), and we work to help our customers improve the technique of doughs and hospitality (art).
