The Petra® line of flours from organic Italian grains is the result of a careful selection of different harvests each year to mill only the grains with the best protein quality available. Part of this line are Petra Evolutiva (in the two origins Sicily and Apulia, both from organic cultivations of soft wheat populations) and Majorca, the two projects that Petra supports to contribute to the fair remuneration of farmers and the sustainability of the environment.
