Petra® was born in 2007 as the first Italian project to rediscover ancient stone milling in a contemporary key, which in a short time has proved capable of transforming a generic ingredient, such as flour, into an icon of goodness, nutritional value and sensitivity towards biodiversity in agriculture. The history of Molino Quaglia began in 1914 with Angelo Quaglia's small stone mill on the water. It continued on land with his son Annito and since 1987 has been interpreting the avant-garde of contemporary milling under the guidance of Lucio, Chiara and Andrea Quaglia. Watch the video >
