Bread Religion, the event within Collisioni in Barolo is back

Bread Religion is back. It will take place between the streets and squares of Barolo (Cuneo) from 14th till 18th July within the Collisioni Festival, the music and literature event where authors of books and songs meet with artists of Italian popular cuisine in pleasant and tasty cultural happenings.

This year Bread Religion, born in 2013 thanks to Molino Quaglia and dedicated to a gourmet interpretation of street food, will get the audience of Collisioni involved in the rediscovery of healthy, good and accessible food.

There will be seven not-to-be-missed events held on stage, this year’s novelty, with 7 wines paired with as many different types of signature pizzas and focaccias. The stage mentioned above and dedicated to food will be inside the Castle of Barolo.

For two hours on Sunday 17th July Chiara Quaglia and Piero Gabrieli will lead an interesting culinary-musical debate.

Moreover Molino Quaglia’s Petra will be present, as every year, in Piazza Verde with the chef’s box, a delicious area dedicated to focaccia and ciabatta filled on the spot, exclusively baked with the flour made by the most gourmet mill in Italy, which had already conquered the Collisioni audience in 2014.

In this 2016 edition there’s one more novelty involving Molino Quaglia’s Petra: a unique and exclusive pairing of pizzas, focaccias with a selection of Prosecco DOC wine.

Bread Religion is an event that Molino Quaglia shares once again with Collisioni 2016 so as to rediscover good and healthy food.

All the dough will be made with Petra wheat flour from sustainable farms in Italy, stone milled in the Quaglia’s mill.
