Interviews are open to enrol in the Università della Pizza® now as specialised as ever


After 30 editions, Università della Pizza® changes into a "hybrid" format to follow the needs imposed in pizzerias by the new measures to contrast Covid19...

So the training, once only in person, is transformed into a "hybrid" programme, both in person and digital, to present new scenarios. There will be meetings, discussions and sharing, as always, but this time also using some avantgarde tools.

If you think about it, the word digital refers to some hands-on activities (like using your fingers to spread the pizza dough) or conveying sounds and images through modern digital instruments (like with long distance training). In the new Università della Pizza® these two "digital" expressions are combined through the practical laboratories blended with a modern communication platform, which can be used both for long distance training and classroom training.

This change, however, requires that participants must already work in a pizzeria or own one, because each module will include lots of “homework” in connection with the teachers, who will be able to promptly reply and correct any errors so that the entire group has the same, optimal level of learning. And at the end of each module, those who want can participate in some practical hands-on lessons in the labs at Università della Pizza® in Vighizzolo d’Este (Padua), open only to a limited number of participants.
