But in 2020, we have matured different point of views on different ways to meet and discuss. Today we have the right tools to recreate, online, the enthusiasm of a group, and the exchange of experiences and opinions.

And what's more important than exchanging experiences and opinions among colleagues and experts in a time of radical change such as this? Nothing. This is why PizzaUp changes its shape and content: from a symposium where everyone is physically present, with their finger in the pie, to a digital symposium that will allow us to draft new sceneries, meeting, discussing and sharing as usual, and this time, with a state-of-the-art tool.

The seminars and workshops at PizzaUp 2021 will offer, as usual, an opportunity for cultural and technical growth for the pizzaioli. But on top of that it will offer the chance to test in person a new instrument of digital socialising, created for the younger generations, and which will open new opportunities of sale and communication for those involved in Italian contemporary pizza.
