Enzo Coccia on 10th October with Le Tavole di Identità Golose

Enzo Coccia of pizzeria La Notizia in Naples will be the protagonist – after Renato Bosco and Franco Pepe– of the next Le Tavole di Identità Golose.

Event, scheduled at restaurant Bioesserì in Milan on 10th October at 8 p.m.

The menu includes Bianca di kamut with gorgonzola and anchovies, pumpkin cream and pumpkin seeds, Fried pizza with buffalo milk ricotta, courgette flowers, black pepper, Margherita PDO with San Marzano PDO tomatoes, mozzarella di bufala PDO, Pecorino Romano PDO, basil, extra virgin olive oil PDO, and then Andiam per funghi (a veil of San Marzano tomato sauce, smoked buffalo milk mozzarella, Piennolo cherry tomatoes, pioppini mushrooms, Grana Padano, basil, extra virgin olive oil) and to finish Crispy bignè with dark chocolate and pumpkin cream with Lavazza coffee.
