CULINARY SEMINARS
In each intimate seminar, two chefs will be paired in our cooking school to share their favorite new culinary techniques as they each create an innovative dish. As they work their magic, you will enjoy each dish — prepared and plated before your eyes! — served with complimentary wine and beer pairings.

DINE-AROUND DINNER WITH ACCLAIMED FEMALE CHEFS

On September 25, the convention will peak with an epic dine-around experience hosted by six of the chefs! Each will craft a different dish for the decadent six-course menu, which will be served at different restaurants throughout Eataly (all closed to the public for the special occasion).

For this year's edition, guests will experience the creations of a special roster of top female chefs, including Karime Lopez, Missy Robbins, Petra Antolini, Melissa J. Rodriguez, Antonia Klugmann, and Ana Roš.

At each destination, the chefs will present their respective dishes for you to enjoy with perfectly-paired wines. And as if that wasn't enough, Paolo Marchi, the creator and curator of Identità Golose, will welcome guests to the event, while beloved chef, restaurateur, author, and TV personality, Lidia Bastianich and renowned chef Massimo Bottura will address guests during the evening.
