PETRA® HP (WITH SPROUTED GRAINS)
The Petra® HP range of flours are the result of five years of experimentation on the assisted sprouting of cereals and seeds, with a food-safe process exclusive to Italy and Europe. HP stands for High Performance, because the presence of sprouted parts enhances the flour's behaviour during the maturing and rising of doughs and generates unmistakable sensory and textural characteristics in baked products.
