This clearly emerged during the latest PizzaUp, and multiple speakers stressed how communicating actively in the virtual world brings benefits in the real one. Meanwhile, a communication that’s more focused on images than words is becoming more important; images you scroll fast and which, to bring effective messages, must capture the attention of the consumer, conveying an emotion.
I left the three-day congress with the belief that the meeting point between real and virtual in a pizzeria is the capacity of creating empathy, in the dining room as well as online.
