Danilo Brunetti's Marinara with four tomatoes, a Mediterranean triumph


We can't get enough of Marinara: the more intense the scent of the oregano, the stronger the garlic, the more concentrated the Mediterranean character of the tomato, the more we are captivated, brutally seduced...

How can we resist, then, this special edition signed by Danilo Brunetti from Giolina in Milan? 

His Marinara is a triumph of tomatoes - there are four types - whose taste is further characterised by the different techniques used: sweet cream, fresh Piennolo, smoked San Marzano, the texture of a semi-dry. All bound together by the fermented black garlic sauce, a warm, intense note of 'rustic' umami. A complete bite: juicy, meaty, fragrant, tasty.

A symbol of that simplicity so complex to pursue, but which always proves to be the winning choice.
