It has done so by giving a new take, in an exclusive new guise, to its Brescia by Rock menu dedicated to traditional recipes, paired with local wines.
Brescia by Rock is a limited-edition tasting menu for two that ranges from the typical products of the valleys to those of the lake, illustrating the tradition of Brescia through toppings supported by the different doughs that pizzaiolo Patrick Zanoni offers in the pizzeria.
"Given the success of our first menu Brescia by Rock, we wanted to present it again, with new recipes inspired by our long tradition, with the great products of our territory that are often unknown, but which find a new, fresher, more contemporary look in the toppings of our pizzas," explains Patrick.
In the menu he celebrates 'his' Brescia above all: he revisits traditional recipes such as Spiedo bresciano or Manzo all'olio; he presents typical local fine and famous products such as caviar and Garda lemons; he gives space and visibility to local excellences like mountain Bagòss, pike and sardines from the lake.
